About ME
For the past 7 years, I have dedicated my life to
working as a therapist and Licensed Professional
Counselor. I have worked in many settings from the
school system to private practice and residential
substance abuse. My specialties focus on anxiety,
depression, grief, church hurt, and self-esteem for
women and children. I always incorporated faith-based
practices, however, when I was baptized my practice
took a major shift! Thus, my practice is focused on
strengthening the solid foundation of the Fruit of the
Spirit life and connecting it with the mental, physical,
financial, and relationship aspects of life. I’ve noticed
over the years that the Bible has the majority of the
answers to our mental health needs. Through studying
and application, I have found ways to incorporate the
Bible, community, attending church (Oh, I test the
Word honey! ), and worship. Using the will of God in
creative spaces, I try to find new ways to incorporate
creative arts in all areas of my work. I believe in
building a strong rapport with community while being
honest about solutions/problems for their current
circumstances. I also believe in education/teaching of
The Bible and its applications to all things including
mental health, physical health, and spiritual self-care
(Christ care).
Currently, I am taking clients through
Personal Reference, Headway and Grow
Therapy.I currently accept Cash clients, And
clients through multiple platforms.Please

Social Media
Social Media can either be positive or negative. I
believe it can be used to educate people on mental
health needs, community engagement, and foster a safe
environment for others to express themselves.
Combining my love for Jesus, mental health, consulting,
community activities, and family, I use my social media
to talk about the Good News can be found in many
avenues! I love shooting content and it encourages me
while encouraging others!
SPEAKING
ENGAGMENTS
Cassidy has spoken at many community events in the church, colleges, the school system, and many other community outlets
including woman events, city events, and career fairs. Various topics include anger, depression, anxiety, boundaries, managing
stress, self-care, and other topics. I believe in educating the community in a fun, yet educational way is important to challenging
the stigma that you can have Jesus and Therapy. I also include dances to help decrease the stuffiness of workshops/gatherings
